Founders Isaac Stinnette, J.T. Stinnette, Esq. and Gelene Brown, Esq. have operated residential rehab projects in the Chicago area, managed more than 80 properties, operated 120 affordable housing units, and provided legal consulting and strategic planning for clients.

We serve client in four primary markets:

• Energy providers/energy service companies
• Federal, state and municipal governments
• Corporations
• Commercial and  residential property owners
